Upon request, in collaboration with TEM association, we teach
culinary seminars, arrange tastings and excursions privately or
for groups.

All of our classes are guided by the Italian philosophy of
using fresh, seasonal ingredients that emphasizes full
flavor through simplicity.
We feature our sometimes less well-known regional
specialties with creativity, striking a balance between
traditional and modern dishes. We cook what's in season,
including traditional Piedmont cuisine that you might not find or
try in the average restaurant.
All Bella Baita classes are hands on and approximately
3 hours long.
We will also instruct with demonstration only if preferred.
Our courses accommodate up to 8 people.
Included are recipes and a meal of our labor
including local wine at the end of class.
Wine pairing may also be added to a course also.
